ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the custom nature of our items-- Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will require a cancellation fee. The fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production.

Custom items are non-refundable. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately.

DIGITAL PROOF POLICY
* 1 complimentary proof of your requested design is included with your order per item
* 1 complimentary minor adjustment/change will be provided per item
* Additional proofs are subject to a design fee of $5 per proof

Custom orders will be produced exactly as approved. Any changes after you have approved are subject to a reprinting/design fee. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly review the proof provided. Any typos, misspellings or incorrect dates must be identified at time of proofing.

DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE PROCEED TO PRODUCTION.
